This study has a multiple cases design. The networks analyzed in this study where the Asociacion de Organizaciones Comunitarias para el Desarrollo de Vivienda de Puerto Rico, the Red de Apoyo a Grupos Comunitarios en Desarrollo Socioeconomico, Inc. and the Liga de Cooperativas de Puerto Rico. A semi-structured interview, revision of documents and systematic observation were used to gather the data. All the information was content analyzed.
