The proof of genetic relation between two or more languages is considered to be valid, if there are sufficient common characteristics and the following two reasons for such similarity can be excluded: (1) The similarities grew in each language independently, (2) The similarity are product of contact between the observed languages or even of the relations to a third one. The question whether these causes of exclusion are reasonable and sufficient will be object of our linguistic discussion. We will compare new tendencies as well in Romania as in Germania as the main concepts of root-formation in the frame of language evolution.
