The cityþs increasing expansion that comes along with low-density, vast suburbia is one relevant topic of present urban development. This expansion not only has something to do with demographics or rural migration: it is strongly linked to growing demands of contemporary citizens on space, and also to the widespread dream of a house in the middle of a garden. However, most of the time this aspiration involves a long distance to commute, small properties and lack of public services.
